Gibbston Valley Lodge & Spa

Gibbston Valley Lodge and Spa is a luxury winery estate on State Highway 6 in the Gibbston valley, built around some of the region's oldest vines. Couples can marry among the vineyards or gardens, in the dramatic Wine Cave carved into the hillside, or in the larger Barrel Hall. The estate scales from intimate gatherings in the Wine Cave through to seated receptions of up to three hundred in the Barrel Hall. Menus are crafted on site and paired with the estate's own wines. Twenty four private vineyard villas sit on the property, and an exclusive buyout of the lodge is available so the whole estate becomes yours for the celebration.
