Te Miro Woolshed

Te Miro Woolshed is a rustic country wedding venue on Waterworks Road at Te Miro, set among rolling farmland with views towards the Kaimai Ranges about 20 minutes from Cambridge and Matamata. The owners began hosting weddings in their century old woolshed and have since added a purpose built rustic venue alongside it. The main space has roll down sides so it works in any weather, with converted stables nearby serving as a wet weather ceremony option. Gardens and mature trees frame the grounds for outdoor ceremonies and photos. The venue holds up to 100 guests. Catering is flexible, with couples bringing in caterers or food trucks and running a relaxed self service bar. It suits couples after a laid back rural celebration with a real woolshed at its heart.
