TreeChurch

TreeChurch sits on West Road at Ohaupo, a short drive south of Hamilton, and is built around a living chapel grown from trees. The walls and arches are formed by branches trained over a steel frame, set within about three hectares of gardens. Ceremonies are held in the tree chapel, with reception spaces including The Sails and The Gantry along with courtyard and garden areas for up to 100 guests. Two guest rooms are available on site for the couple or close family. The venue runs seasonally, open for weddings from about mid October through to late April when the gardens are at their best. Bookings and viewings are by appointment. It suits couples after a garden wedding with a genuinely one of a kind ceremony setting.
