Woodside Estate

Woodside Estate is a garden and lakeside wedding venue on Woodside Road, about 15 minutes from central Hamilton in the Matangi area. The grounds run to more than 15 acres of landscaped gardens with a spring fed lake, bush walks and waterfalls. Ceremonies can be held at the lakeside beach, on the lawn in front of the early 1900s Raglan Tennis Pavilion or under a stand of kahikatea trees. The restaurant, with its timber cathedral ceilings and wrap around deck, seats up to 120 for the reception, and an in house wedding coordinator and catering team look after the day. On site accommodation is available in a three bedroom house set within the gardens, sleeping the wedding party the night before or after. It suits couples after a relaxed garden wedding close to town.
