Markovina Vineyard Estate

Markovina is a garden estate in the Kumeu wine country, a well regarded venue that has picked up national wedding awards for its reception space and its grounds. Ten acres of gardens and water features surround a purpose built reception building. The estate hosts only one wedding a day, so the whole property is the couple's for the occasion. There are nine ceremony settings to choose from across the gardens, and the reception rooms take from around forty up to three hundred guests, with the floor to ceiling windows and a schist fireplace as the backdrop. Catering and a beverage package are handled in house, built around premium menus and the couple's dietary and cultural needs. It suits couples who want a manicured garden estate with the day entirely to themselves.
