Waitakere Resort & Spa

Waitakere Resort and Spa sits high in the Waitakere Ranges at Waiatarua, a boutique lodge with gardens, a chapel and views out towards the city. It brings a wedding, the dining and the accommodation together on one site. Ceremonies work in the gardens by the pond or in the small wooden chapel, and the Tui Room takes the reception, seating up to seventy at long tables with bi fold doors opening to the panorama. Numbers are kept intimate, up to around seventy guests. Twenty six rooms sleep up to fifty eight, and couples can take exclusive use of the whole property from the afternoon of the wedding through to the next morning. It suits couples after an intimate wedding with rooms and views close at hand.
