Eagle Ridge Country Estate

Eagle Ridge Country Estate sits in the hills on Upper Ohauiti Road, about 16 kilometres south of Tauranga, with rural and ocean views that reach across to Mount Maunganui and the Bay of Plenty. It is a purpose-built venue that handles the ceremony, the reception and accommodation on one site. There are two spaces. The Homestead suits smaller weddings of up to 60, while the purpose-built Highland Room seats up to 250, rising to 330 or more with covered seating under the veranda or a marquee attached to the building. Both have wet weather options, and couples get exclusive use for the day. Catering is done in house. The kitchen tailors a menu to suit, with prices starting from $74.50 per person, and the venue is fully licensed so there is no BYO. Venue hire includes decor items, service staff, an event coordinator, tables and chairs, linen and a PA system. Accommodation is on site, with four en-suite rooms at the Homestead for up to 12 guests and a self-contained garden apartment sleeping six. It suits couples after a polished one-stop wedding with a view.
