Orlando Country

Orlando Country sits on Rangitikei Line north of Palmerston North, a country club and events venue that has been running weddings for more than 20 years. The grounds were landscaped with weddings in mind, so the gardens do a lot of the work for both the ceremony and the photos. Receptions are held indoors in the Pavilion and the Events Room. A banquet layout seats up to 204 guests, a cocktail set-up holds around 250, and the rooms can be arranged in smaller layouts for more modest numbers. Ceremonies can be held outside in the gardens or under cover if the weather turns. Food and drink come from the on-site cafe and bar, with menus, sharing platters and refreshments handled in house. The team also looks after equipment hire and coordinating the day. It suits couples after a landscaped garden setting close to Palmerston North that keeps the ceremony, reception and catering on one site.
