Ascot Park Hotel

Ascot Park Hotel is Invercargill's big hotel venue, on the corner of Tay Street and Racecourse Road on the eastern edge of town. Eight function rooms cover the full range, from an intimate dinner of twenty four up to a celebration of around six hundred, so it suits both a small family wedding and a large one. Ceremonies can be held indoors or outside on the grounds, with the reception, photos and first dance all under one roof. Every space sits on the ground floor, which keeps access easy for older guests and anyone using a wheelchair. The kitchen caters in house and handles gluten free, dairy free, vegan and other dietary needs. Because it is a hotel, the wedding party and their guests can stay the night where the party is.
