Clearview Estate Winery

Clearview Estate sits among olive trees and vines on Clifton Road at Te Awanga, out on the coast near Cape Kidnappers. The winery restaurant is the heart of it, with a fully seated capacity of 80 to 90 guests depending on the season, spread across the dining room, courtyard and pavilion. Ceremonies take place on site, looking out towards the Cape Kidnappers cliffs and the Pacific, before the celebration moves indoors or out into the courtyard. The restaurant is given over to weddings from late afternoon into the evening. Menus are seasonal and local, matched with Clearview's own wines and Hawke's Bay craft beer. Couples who want to stay can book the Vidal Homestead, the original 1915 house on the property converted for self-catering and sleeping up to ten.
