Napier War Memorial Centre

The Napier War Memorial Centre stands on Marine Parade, right on Napier's waterfront, run for events by Napier Conferences and Events. Its Natusch Ballroom is the drawcard, a curved room with big windows and panoramic views out over Hawke's Bay. Weddings here range from small gatherings up to celebrations of around 350 guests. The foyer, ballroom and gallery give couples space for a ceremony, drinks and a sit-down reception under the one roof, with the sea just across the road. The ballroom takes up to 450 people across its various layouts. Catering is handled in house by the events team, and the central location means guests can walk to Napier's hotels and restaurants. It suits couples after a larger city wedding rather than a vineyard setting.
