Wallaceville House

Wallaceville House sits on the edge of Upper Hutt, a heritage house surrounded by native bush and gardens about thirty minutes from central Wellington. Ceremony, reception and photographs can all happen on site without leaving the grounds. Weddings use one of two spaces. The upstairs Ballroom caters for 50 to 130 guests, while the downstairs Jepson Room with its fireplace suits smaller groups. A choice of indoor and outdoor garden ceremony areas sits alongside, including a cherry tree spot in season. Couples have exclusive use of the house for their contracted time, and the in house kitchen tailors menus including for a range of cultural traditions. Sixteen accommodation rooms on the property are set aside for wedding guests.
